| Short Desc: | This report summarizes key findings from a review of selected literature on evaluating systems and systems change. The purpose of the review was to inform the evaluation research agenda under USAID’s Leveraging Economic Opportunities (LEO) project. In particular, this review highlights findings that can contribute to the development of, first, an evaluation framework for interventions designed to facilitate inclusive market systems development and, second, empirical approaches for identifying and monitoring systemic changes. |
